Single-Source Call Center
To facilitate benefit plan enrollment we employ the services of our dedicated call center, which functions as a single-source for benefit explanation and enrollment intake. Help is available from 7am – 7pm CT, Monday – Friday, and the customer service representatives who answer calls are licensed agents with at least two years’ experience in our benefit programs. They provide a no pressure, consultative approach to the benefit election process, freeing our clients from having to explain and enroll the benefit plans.
Technology-Based Electronic and Online
Technology-based enrollment methods create a variety of options when developing an enrollment strategy. These could include electronic file transmission, or when appropriate, through a secure, proprietary online portal. We work with each client, assessing a variety of dynamics to determine which enrollment method will offer the best fit. Companies can implement the most effective enrollment method for them given the scope of their needs and the capabilities of both the employer and their employees.
